Olga Suhomlinova is currently Lecturer in Management at the University of Leicester School of Management. She has received BA in Political Economy from Moscow State University (Russia) and PhD in Sociology from Duke University (USA) and taught organisational behaviour and human resource management courses for Duke University, University of Bath, University of Nottingham, and Manchester Business School Worldwide. She has published in the organisational behaviour and organisation theory area, including articles in American Sociological Review, Human Relations, Journal of Management and Organization, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Applied Behavioural Science, Leadership Quarterly, Organization Studies, and Public Administration. Her research interests focus on organisational change and leadership.
